EXPIRY DATES. HOW DO YOU KNOW THE DIFFERENCE?
It's important to know that there are two ways of stating shelf life:
• The date after which a product can no longer be consumed, which is labelled ‘use by’;
• Minimum durability date, which is labelled ‘Best before’ and ‘Best before the end of’.
