Casa do Porco Preto Reserve ham, hand-cut. Obtained from Pork Leg, subjected to controlled curing, natural curing and ageing in the cellar. Once cured, the product is sliced.

Ingredients
Pork shank (97%), salt, sugar, preservatives: Potassium nitrate and Sodium nitrite (E-252 and E-250), antioxidant sodium ascorbate (E-301).
