How to use
Mix about 100ml of the vegetable drink or milk with the contents of the sachet until smooth. Bring the remaining liquid to the boil with 3 to 4 tablespoons of sugar or another powdered sweetener. As soon as it starts to boil, add the homogenised mixture. Cook over a low heat for 2 minutes, stirring. Place the pudding in bowls and leave to cool. Tip: Place the hot pudding in bowls soaked in cold water, leave to cool and turn out onto a plate. Decorate with dark chocolate shavings and fruit. Note: The consistency may vary when using certain vegetable drinks (e.g. rice drink).
