How to use
To prepare jam with fruit (jam with fruit juice): Place a small dish in the freezer for the jelling test. Place the contents of the packet (500g), 1.5kg of small pieces of fruit (or 1.2 litres of fruit juice) and 5g of citric acid or lemon juice in a saucepan. Mix everything together and boil for 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Gelling test: After cooking, pour a tablespoon of the hot mixture into the iced dish and leave to cool. If the mixture isn`t firm enough, cook it a little longer. Then repeat the gelling test. Pour the still warm fruit jam into clean jars, up to the level of the neck, close tightly and turn them over with the lid down for 5 minutes.
