Made from the most prized section of the pork leg, Culatta is deboned and slowly matured. It has lightly marbled meat, pearly white fat and a rounded flavour with notes of cellar ageing, cured ham and hazelnut. It is made from 100% Italian pork.

Pork, salt, sugar, dextrose, natural flavourings.

Store in a cool, dry place.
