Alavão Selecção Especial is a premium cheese made from a special selection of cow`s and goat`s milk. It has an exquisite aroma and flavour of cream and butter. With a toasted yellow rind and yellow paste, it has some irregularly distributed eyes. It has a thin rind and slight bulging on the sides.
