Information
Produced in the La Mancha region using milk from Manchega sheep. Its long ageing process gives it a firm, compact texture, with milky aromas and notes of nuts and toffee. Perfect paired with roasted quince, fig jam, almonds or cured ham. A true Spanish icon.
