Information
Artisanal cheese made from raw cow’s milk, produced in the Jura region of France. Crafted exclusively with summer milk, collected between May and October, when cows graze freely on the lush mountain pastures, allowing the cheese to develop a rich and complex character. It matures slowly for 10 to 14 months in cool, natural cellars. Perfect served over brioche or baguette, and ideally paired with an elegant Chardonnay.
