Information
Belonging to the Gruyère family, it was nicknamed the “Prince of Gruyères” by Brillat-Savarin. Highly appreciated for its fruity flavour and creaminess, it offers a pronounced taste without becoming overpowering. Aged for a minimum of 12 months, it reveals small cracks in the paste a sign of exceptional quality. This hard cheese has a delicate palate with a full body, making it a perfect match for a Pinot Noir.
