One of Savoie’s oldest cheeses, with records dating back to the 16th century, it is produced in the French Alps following a tradition passed down through generations. It has a rustic rind, supple texture and balanced flavour, with notes of mushrooms, nuts and mountain herbs. Ideal for cheese boards, sandwiches or gratinated dishes.
