Ingredients
- 80g large flake oats
- 750ml plant-based milk substitute
- Lemon zest to taste
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 apple
- Honey, almonds, blueberries, to taste
Method
Heat the milk substitute, lemon zest, cinnamon stick and oats in a pan. When it begins to boil, reduce the heat and add the apple, grated, and cook for a further 10-12 min, until creamy.Serve in a bowl with a little honey, almonds and blueberries, to taste.
