Christmas puff pastry biscuits

Method

Roll out the puff pastry and spread the chocolate on top. Add another layer of puff pastry on top. 
Use Christmas cookie cutters to cut out the biscuits. 
Brush with egg yolk and bake at 180 degrees until golden brown. 
Sprinkle with icing sugar and they are ready to serve.
