Ingredients
- 115g Unsalted butter
- 60g Powdered sugar
- 1 Egg yolk
- 140g Plain flour
- 15g Cornstarch
- Strawberry jam
Method
To make the dough, mix the butter with the powdered sugar. Add the egg yolk and mix. Add the flour and cornstarch and mix until a dough forms.
Divide the dough into balls and, using your finger and a knife, draw a skull on each ball.
Fill the eyes and mouth with strawberry jam.
Bake for 20 minutes at 180℃.
