Ingredients
- 8 dried pitted dates
- 130g raw almonds
- 4 tbsp cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp honey
Method
Zap the almonds in a food processer. Add the dates and other ingredients and blend once again to form a smooth dough. Roll the dough with your hands into small balls, and decorate to your taste (cocoa powder, desiccated coconut, crushed macadamia nuts or almonds, rolled oats, etc.)
Makes: approx. 10 to 12 truffles
