Ingredients
- 250ml full-bodied red wine
- 50g white sugar, or more to taste
- Red fruit pulp (optional)
- Spices, such as cinnamon, vanilla to taste (optional)
Method
Mix the ingredients in a pan. Reduce over a medium heat until a syrup is formed.Use this syrup on your fresh desserts, such as panna cotta or cheesecake.
