Method

Break the chocolate bar into pieces and melt in a bain-marie, stirring a little to ensure they have fully melted. Leave to cool a little. Whip the cream until thick and stiff. Stir the icing sugar gently into the melted chocolate, before adding the orange zest, spices and whiskey. Fold the cream into the chocolate mix. Chill in the fridge until it firms up. Dust your hands with cocoa powder and roll the firm mixture into small balls. Dip and coat the balls in the remaining cocoa powder. Store in the fridge for up to three days.
