Ingredients
- 75g Frozen mixed berries
- 1 Medium, ripe banana
- 2 Tbsp oats (gluten-free)
- 2 Tbsp cashew nut butter
- 2 Tbsp mixed seeds, such as sunflower, pumpkin, sesame and flax
- 250ml Milk alternative, such as soya or almond
- For decoration:
- Fresh berries
- A sprinkle of granola
Method
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until thick and smooth.
Serve into a glass and garnish with fresh berries and granola.
