Empty CartGreen iced tea with mint and ginger

Ingredients
- 500 ml water
- 4 tablespoons of green tea leaves
- Ginger to taste
- Honey to taste
Method
Start by boiling the water in a pan with the ginger. Remove the water from the heat, add the leaves and leave to infuse for 5 minutes.
Using a sieve, strain the tea into a lidded container and refrigerate for a few hours.
When chilled, serve with ice, a drizzle of honey and a few mint leaves.
