Ingredients
- 30ml Ginger
- 30ml Sweet vermouth
- 30ml Campari
- Orange peel or slice to decorate (optional)
- Ice
Method
Place the ice in glass and add the sweet vermouth, the Campari and the gin, and slowly stir with a spoon (twisted bar spoon, preferably). Finish off with a twist of orange peel or a thin orange slice.
Tip: To keep the flavour right, avoid the use of a shaker.
