Ingredients
- 1 Kg clams
- 1 onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 3 tablespoons of white wine
- 1 lemon
- Fresh coriander
Method
Wash the clams and let them drain. Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the onion and the chopped garlic cloves.
Add the drained clams. Pour over the white wine, cover and cook for 5 minutes until the clams open, shaking the pan.
Finally, drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with chopped coriander.
