Prawns with garlic and lemon

Method

Peel the prawns.
Heat the frying pan with the olive oil. Add the prawns and the finely chopped garlic. Add salt to taste.
Cook for a few minutes on each side. Add the wine and allow to evaporate. Turn off the heat and add the zest and juice of the lemon.

Serve as is, or with a sauce to taste.
