Salmon à la Chef

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 lemon
  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 bag spinach
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 red onion
  • Parsley
  • Olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper

Method

Start by prepping all the ingredients. The potatoes should be washed and cut into slices of the same thickness. Place them on a baking tray and season them with salt, pepper, and paprika. Bake in the oven (preheated to 200°C) for 30 min.

Place the spinach, tomatoes, and onion, previously cut and washed, in a salad bowl. Season to taste.To finish, grill the salmon fillets (with a little salt). Once removed from the grill, drizzle with lemon juice.Arrange all the elements on a plate and decorate as you like.
