Empty CartTeriyaki salmon skewers

Ingredients
- 2 salmon skewers
- Teriyaki sauce to taste, approx. 100ml
- Fresh spring onion to taste
- Sesame seeds to taste
- Fresh parsley to taste
- Vegetable oil to drizzle
Method
Drizzle the kebabs with the teriyaki sauce and leave to marinate for at least 10 min.Preheat a griddle and drizzle with vegetable oil.Place the kebabs on the heated pan, and cook for 2-3 min on each side, until the salmon is cooked through.
Serve and sprinkle with the finely chopped fresh spring onion, sesame seeds and parsley or other fresh herb. Delicious!
