Teriyaki salmon skewers

Drizzle the kebabs with the teriyaki sauce and leave to marinate for at least 10 min.

Preheat a griddle and drizzle with vegetable oil.Place the kebabs on the heated pan, and cook for 2-3 min on each side, until the salmon is cooked through.

Serve and sprinkle with the finely chopped fresh spring onion, sesame seeds and parsley or other fresh herb. Delicious!
