Tuna Burguer

  • 1 Drained tin of tuna
  • 45g Flour or oats
  • 1 Egg
  • Chopped onion
  • Seasoning to taste


Whisk the egg, mix in the other ingredients and season to taste. Shape the burgers while preheating a frying pan with some oil over a medium heat. Cook on either side for 3-4 minutes or until golden.
