Empty CartBlack Angus Rib Eye Wrap

Ingredients
- 300g Black Angus rib eye
- Mix of mini peppers cut into strips (approx. 4 peppers)
- ½ Hass avocado, cubed or in small slices
- ½ Medium courgette, cubed, sliced or in strips
- Chopped onion to taste
- 2 to 3 medium lettuce leaves, or to taste
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Method
Season the meat (defrosted or fresh fromthe butcher) on both sides with salt and black pepper. Then, in a preheatedgriddle pan, grill the meat on a medium to high heat. For medium-rare, cook forabout 2-3 min each side.
Sauté the courgettes, onion and peppers,over a medium to high heat in a little olive oil.
Finally, fill the wraps with the meat cutinto small slices, the fried vegetables, the avocado and the lettuce. And servewith your favourite sauce.
Tip:
For a fresher taste instead of sautéing the peppers,use them raw in the wrap. If you don't feel like a wrap, prepare a delicioussalad with this same filling.
