Ingredients
- 350g minced beef
- 1 chopped tomato
- Bacon
- 1 clove garlic
- Kidney beans
- Lettuce
- Tomatoes
- Basil
- Salt, pepper, to taste
Method
Fry the bacon until the fat dissolves, add the garlic, the minced meat and the beans. Finally add the chopped tomato, season with salt and pepper and leave to cook.Remove from the heat and leave to cool.
Time to assemble the tacos. Place one lettuce leaf, two tomato slices, two onion rings and the minced meat mixture in each taco, repeating the process until complete.
