Ingredients
- 200 ml Light Cream
- 125 g Natural Yoghurt
- 1/2 Cucumber
- 30 g Couscous
- 1 Fresh Cheese
- 100 g Grated Carrot
- Fresh Basil
- Jar
- Garlic & Parsley Seasoning
Method
Cook the couscous according to the instructions on the packet.
Prepare the sauce by mixing the cream, yoghurt, and fresh cheese in a bowl. Season with the garlic & parsley blend.
In the jar, add a layer of the sauce at the bottom. Then layer the chopped cucumber, couscous, a few basil leaves, tomato, and grated carrot.
Finish with another spoonful of the sauce on top.
Seal the jar and refrigerate until ready to serve.
