Empty CartStuffed potatoes

Ingredients
- 3 Medium boiled potatoes
- 1 Egg
- 180g Grated cheese
- Fried bacon
- 100ml Cream
- Salt and pepper
- Chives
Method
Start by removing the flesh from the cooked potatoes, leaving a cavity in each one.
In a bowl, mix the potato flesh with salt, pepper, egg, grated cheese, fried bacon and cream. Mix well.
Place the potatoes on a baking tray and place some of the fillings in each cavity and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
Bake in the oven (200° C) for around 20 minutes.
Finish off with chopped chives.
