Ingredients
- 200g cooked chickpeas
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of one lemon
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Turmeric powder to taste
Method
Zap all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until you achieve the desired texture.
Serve with toast breads or crudités.
