Method

Pour the cream in a pan over a medium-low heat. When it starts to boil, bring down the heat to low, and while mixing constantly add the cheese and spices little by little until you achieve the desired texture. Take off the heat and serve.

As an option you can thicken the sauce by dissolving the cornstarch and adding to the sauce while still over the heat.

 

Tips:

Instead of cream you can use 200 ml of milk, 1 tablespoon of butter and cornstarch. To prevent lumps, the cornstarch should always be dissolved in a little milk or water prior to adding to the other ingredients.

For a delicious flavour boost, add some sautéed garlic, onion and peppers, adding to the cream before making the sauce as usual.
