Empty CartCarrot Crisps Sweet or Savoury

Ingredients
- 2 Carrots
- Coconut oil or olive
- Cinnamon or salt
Method
Wash and peel the carrots, cut into thin diagonal strips.
For sweet crisps: season with 1 tbsp coconut oil and cinnamon.
For savoury crisps: season with 1tbsp olive oil and salt.
Place on a tray and bake in the oven at 180 ºC for 20-25 minutes, tossing mid bake, until crunchy.
