Chocolate Jam Bites

Method

Mash the strawberries and raspberries together on a plate. 
Add the chia seeds and maple syrup, then mix well. 
Let the mixture sit for 20 minutes so the chia seeds can absorb the liquid and thicken. 
Spoon dollops of the mixture onto a plate lined with baking paper. 
Place in the freezer for about an hour or until set. 
Melt the chocolate. Dip the frozen bites into the melted chocolate and place them back on a plate lined with baking paper. 
Let them harden, and they're ready to serve.
