Coconut matcha protein balls

Method

Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl until there are no lumps. Add the wet ingredients and combine well. It is recommended to use a metal spoon, although a firm spatula can also be used.
Mix until a smooth, homogeneous dough is formed. If the mixture is too wet, add more coconut flour and oats; if it is too dry, add a little more coconut milk or cashew butter. Adjust the sweetness to taste — this will also help make the mixture more pliable.
Once the desired consistency is reached, shape the mixture into evenly sized balls using your hands. This recipe makes around 16 balls.
Optionally, roll them in desiccated coconut to reduce stickiness and add texture.
Store in the fridge to firm up, or freeze — enjoy!
