Method

Chop the onion and place in a bowl.
Add a few sprigs of chopped coriander and salt.
Dice the pepper and tomato and add them to the onion. Mash them.
Scoop out the flesh from the avocados, add them and mash all with a fork.
Add the chopped chilli pepper, lime juice and a drizzle of olive oil. Mix everything together.
 
Serve with the nachos.
