Prosciutto cotto and green bean

Ingredients

  • 100g Prosciutto Cotto (Levoni ham)
  • 150g green beans

  • 3 slices of Scamorza cheese

Method

Boil the green beans for 10 mins. Leave to cool.
Place 4 to 5 beans for each slice of Prosciutto Cotto (not too thin slices). Make tight rolls.
Arrange the rolls on a baking tray. Place the cheese slices on top, and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 10 mins, checking while they cook and until the cheese melts.
Serve hot. Delicious!

Pairing: For a perfect appetizer, we recommend accompanying the rolls with a glass of white wine with a fresh, decisive taste and slight bitter end note. Mild beers and pale ale are excellent partners.
