- 250g Precooked chickpeas
- 200g Cooked pumpkin or pumpkin puree
- Juice of half a lemon
- 1 Clove garlic
- Black pepper to taste
- Ground turmeric to taste
- Sea salt
Method
Place all the ingredients in a food processor and process until you have the desired texture.
Great for serving on crackers or as a dip with vegetable sticks.
