Ingredients
- 1 Rustic bread
- 1 Camembert cheese
- 1 Clove of garlic
- Olive oil
Method
In the bread make a round, deep cut following the same diameter as the cheese.
Brush the cavity with olive oil and the squeezed garlic.
Place the Camembert cheese inside the bread.
Bake in the oven at 180°C until the cheese is melted and the bread is crispy.
