Oven-baked camembert with honey and rosemary

  • 1 Camembert cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons honey
  • Rosemary or thyme to taste


Preheat the oven to 180ºC.

Remove the camembert from its box and place on a baking tray.

Place a sprig of rosemary or thyme on the cheese and drizzle with honey.

Bake in the oven for 10-15 min. to ensure the inside melts.

Serve immediately with mini toasts.


Tip: To ensure the cheese best soaks up the flavour of the other ingredients, make some small cuts in the top and remove only the wrapper from the cheese, before placing it back in the box for baking.

If you like garlic, slice a clove of garlic over the cheese.
