Ingredients
- 10 medium cooked prawns
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons tomato ketchup
- 2 teaspoons mustard
- 4 tablespoons port wine
- Black Pepper to taste
- Parsley
Method
In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, tomato ketchup and mustard. Then add the prawns, peeled and cut into small pieces and mix. Add the chopped parsley and a pinch of black pepper.Add the port wine and mix everything well. You can chill for a little before serving.Finally decorate to your liking – we suggest some green leaves, avocado and whole prawns.
