Spinach stuffed mushrooms

Remove the stems from the mushrooms and clean the inside carefully.

Brown the onion and the chopped garlic cloves in a frying pan with olive oil.

Chop the mushroom stems, add them to the onion and sauté over medium heat for 5 minutes. 

Add the spinach, mix well and remove from the heat as soon as it is limp. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.

Fill the mushrooms with the above mixture and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in the oven at 180ºC for 15 to 20 minutes.
