Ingredients
- 300g fresh mushrooms
- 250g green asparagus
- 3 eggs
- 250ml cream
- Shortcrust pastry
- Grated cheese
- Olive oil to taste
- Salt, pepper, to taste
- Nutmeg to taste
Method
Chop the mushrooms and slice the asparagus into strips. Fry them in a frying pan in some olive oil. Sauté and season with salt and freshly ground pepper. Remove from the heat.Break the eggs into a bowl and beat with a wire whisk. Add the cream and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Mix together until you have a smooth and even mixture. Add the mushrooms and asparagus to the mixture.
Arrange the pastry in a dish lined with baking paper. Add the mixture and top with grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven (180ºC) for 30 minutes.
