Mushroom kebabs

  • Duration: 30 min
  • Amount: 2 People


  • 30ml balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 200g mushrooms
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Kebab skewers
  • Fresh thyme to garnish
  • or parsley to garnish


Cut the mushrooms so that they are still thick enough to thread onto the skewers. Mix the vinegar, soy sauce, garlic and pepper in a bowl. Marinate the mushrooms in this mixture for about 20 minutes.

Assemble the kebabs and grill for about 3 minutes on both sides. Sprinkle with chopped parsley or thyme leaves. 



Instead of using thyme to garnish, you can put it in the marinade. While the kebabs are grilling you can brush them with the marinade.
