Empty CartVegan chocolate mug cake

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp sugar
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt (approx. 1/8 teaspoon)
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil (coconut, soya, sunflower)
- 3 tbsp plant-based ‘milk’
- 1-2 tbsp vegan chocolate chips/chunks (10-20g)
- Vanilla extract to taste
Method
Place the dry ingredients in a mug and mix well. Add the plant-based ‘milk’ and the fat and mix until smooth. Finally add the chocolate chips and microwave for 40 seconds, for a moist brownie style cake. For a dry cake, leave it for a further 10-20 seconds.
