Contest Conditions

1. GIVEAWAY ORGANISER

Apolónia Supermercados S.A., corporate tax number 502442786, withregistered office at Avenida 5 de Outubro, nº 271, 8135-853 Almancil,hereinafter referred to as "Apolónia”.

2. PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE GIVEAWAY

The giveaway, named "Apolónia Anniversary Giveaway”, running from 17:00on 16 March 2026 until 23:59 on 23 March 2026, aims to award 1 (one) hampercontaining a selection of premium products to 1 (one) participant.

Any entry submitted outside the participation period will not beconsidered valid.

3. ELIGIBILITY AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

3.1 ELIGIBILITY

This giveaway is open to all users aged 18 or over, who are legalresidents of mainland Portugal or the autonomous regions of Madeira and theAzores.

Employees of Apolónia, their relatives up to the second degree, and/orApolónia partners are not eligible to participate.

3.2 CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

To enter, participants must:

· FollowApolónia’s Instagram profile (https://www.instagram.com/apoloniasupermercados/).

· Comment on the giveaway announcement post onApolónia’s Instagram profile, stating what their favourite Apolónia product isand why, and tagging one friend by identifying the friend’s Instagram profileusing @.

4. ENTRY CRITERIA

4.1 Only 1 (one) entry per user will be considered. If a user submitsmultiple entries, only the first entry (i.e., the first comment left on thegiveaway post) will be considered.

4.2 The tagged friend must not be a business account nor a publicfigure.

4.3 The winner will be announced on 25 March in the Giveaway post and onApolónia’s Instagram Stories. To claim the prize, the winner must contactApolónia via Instagram direct message (private message).

5. JURY COMPOSITION AND DECISIONS

5.1 The jury will be made up of members of Apolónia, who will select thewinner to receive 1 (one) hamper with a selection of products.

6. PRIZES

6.1 PRIZE DESCRIPTION

The winner will receive an Apolónia premium hamper, with assortedproducts, with a recommended retail value (RRP) equivalent to €249,95consisting of a 1 Quintas do Tomás creamy sheep’s cheese 450g; 1 Mrs Bridgesquince paste jar 340g; 1 Twinings Earl Grey tea 100g; 1 Borgo de’ Medicichampagne macarons 90g; 1 bottle of Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut champagne 75cl; 1bottle of Quinta da Bacalhoa red wine 75cl; 1 jute bag with Marnoto fleur desel 250g; 1 Occidens organic extra virgin olive oil 0.5 240ml; 1 Whynot trufflebalsamic glaze 150ml; 1 Bísaro pork neck cured sausage ("paio do cachaço”)250g; 1 pack of Miller’s Harvest 3 nuts crackers 125g; 1 jar of Les Garriguessugared almonds 130g; 1 box of Caffarel milk chocolate bonbons 200g.

6.2 PRIZE CONDITIONS

· Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.

· Apolónia is not responsible for how the winner usesthe prize.

· The right to claim the prize is not transferable.

· Waiving the prize does not give rise to any right tocompensation or indemnity.

· If, for any reason beyond Apolónia’s control, thestated prize is not available, Apolónia reserves the right to replace it withanother prize of equal or greater value.

· The prizes are as set out in these Terms &Conditions.

· Participants grant Apolónia the rights to the contentpublished through the entries, solely for the purpose of publishing theresponses and announcing the giveaway result.

7. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS & CONDITIONS

7.1 By entering, participants confirm they fully agree to all points setout in these Terms & Conditions. Apolónia will not accept entries that donot meet the conditions described herein.

7.2 By entering, participants also fully accept the selection ofcandidates, the giveaway results, and all decisions made by the organiser andthe jury, with no right of appeal.

7.3 Participants who disagree with these Terms & Conditions, theconditions presented, or any other matter within them, may not take part in thegiveaway.

7.4 Apolónia may, until the closing date for entries, revise these Terms& Conditions whenever necessary and justified.

7.5 Failure to comply with any of the conditions in these Terms &Conditions may result in the participant and/or winner being excluded. Apolóniaalso reserves the right to exclude participants who use any unlawful means,provide false information, or breach these Terms & Conditions in any way inan attempt to obtain the prize.

8. GIVEAWAY COMMUNICATION

The giveaway will be communicated via Apolónia’s Instagram profile (https://www.instagram.com/apoloniasupermercados/),as well as on the Facebook page.

9. PRIZE CLAIM

If the winners do not contact Apolónia via Instagram direct message(private message) and claim the prize within a maximum period of 7 working daysfrom the winner announcement, they will forfeit their right to the prize.

10. GENERAL PROVISIONS

10.1 Any questions regarding the interpretation of these Terms &Conditions, and any omissions related to the giveaway, will be analysed anddecided by Apolónia.

10.2 Participants may send any questions regarding the operation of thegiveaway to: marketing@apolonia.com

10.3 It is prohibited to participate in the giveaway for purposescontrary to the law, that cause harm to third parties, or that in any waydamage their honour, dignity, image, privacy, religious beliefs, ideologies, orany other legally recognised rights.

11. PRIVACY POLICY

For the purposes of delivering prizes in this giveaway, if a participantis a winner, the following personal data will be required: Full Name, Date ofBirth, and Full Address.
