Milaneza`s gluten-free pasta responds to the specific needs of those who are gluten intolerant. With these new products, the whole family now has an alternative to 100% durum wheat pasta, easy to digest, but always with the same texture and flavor. Preparation advice: The Natura Gluten-free Lasagna is ready to go in the oven, without pre-cooking; For the best results, we suggest you put it in the oven for twenty minutes with aluminum foil on top of the lasagna; The sauce to be used should be more fluid than usual, so that the dough absorbs the liquids and becomes softer; Before using the dough you can pass it through hot water, so that it softens a little.
