How to use
Thaw in the refrigerator, cook already defrosted and consume within 3 days after opening. The cooking time may vary depending on the equipment, always cook until reaching an internal temperature of 74ºC. Not recommended: boil in water or fry in plenty of oil or in a deep fryer. 1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add the product. 2. Let it cook for 5 to 8 minutes, while it breaks down to the desired size and stirs frequently. 3. If you add sauce, simmer for a maximum of 30 minutes.
