It displays a clear straw-yellow colour with greenish reflections, offering aromas of citrus, ripe white fruit, and delicate flowers, enhanced by the typical wet-stone minerality. On the palate, it shows lively, balanced acidity with flavours of lemon, lime, and white peach, finishing long and persistent with subtle saline nuances. Perfectly suited to accompany fish, shellfish, and cheeses such as Chiba Cinza – an artisanal soft goat’s cheese coated in vegetable ash. Its earthy complexity and creamy texture harmonise beautifully with the wine’s freshness and minerality, creating a refined and memorable gastronomic experience.
