Ingredients
- 4 Eggs
- 140mg Sugar
- 200ml Cream
- 200g Plain flour
- 1 Teaspoon baking powder
- Zest of 1 lemon
Method
Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Beat the eggs with the sugar. Add the cream and the lemon zest and beat again.
Then add the flower and baking powder and mix together.
Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes.
