Strawberry coconut tumbler

Method

Wash and cut the strawberries. Heat up the coconut milk and add the melted gelatine sheets (softened for 5 minutes in cold water). Store in the freezer to cool.
Dress the strawberries with some very finely cut mint leaves and dust with a little icing sugar.
Place them in a tumbler and keep very cool.
Add icing sugar and fresh lemon juice to the coconut cream and pour this over the strawberries.

Top the tumbler contents with grated chocolate and top with a few mint strawberries.
