Ingredients
- 100-200 ml hot coffee
- 50 ml Whiskey
- 1-2 tsp muscovado sugar to taste
- 50 ml of fresh cream or to taste
Method
Pour the coffee into a preheated glass. Add the whiskey and sugar and mix until dissolved.
Whip the cream and slowly pour over the back of a spoon above the coffee.
The layer cream floats on the coffee, without combining.
Tip:
You can replace the sugar with sugar syrup, honey or another syrup of your choosing.
